Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

HPTi provides health, dental, and vision insurance for its employees and their families. HPTi contributes a substantial portion of the premiums.

Flexible Spending Account (for health-related expenses)

HPTi employees may participate in a flexible spending account that allows them to pay for eligible employee benefits and dependent care expenses, such as health-related and child-care costs, with pre-tax dollars.

Paid Time Off

Employees receive 15 days of personal leave each year (20 after three years of service and 25 days after five years), 9 floating holidays, bereavement leave, and special dispensation for jury and military reserve duty.

Transportation Subsidy

Benefits include tax-free parking or SmartBenefits® program participation provided to eligible HPTi employees who use public transportation.

HPTi's awards program combines spot awards given by coworkers and managers, Knowledge Leader coins for exceptional performance, and myriad annual awards like the Employee of the Year, Community Service, and Technical Achievement awards. Merit-based Annual Bonuses

HPTi rewards employees for significant contributions to the firm's success. These bonuses are tied to an individual's impact on the fiscal success of the company.

401(k) Plan

HPTi makes annual contributions to each employee's 401(k) fund. Employees may contribute up to 15% of their salary to the fund and may chose from a comprehensive mix of investments.

Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance

HPTi assures employees of continuing income in the event that an employee is unable to work due to a covered accident or illness. HPTi pays these premiums in full.

Community Service Opportunities

HPTi bolsters employee contributions in support of many worthy causes. We have participated in charities like Relay for Life, National Denim Day, and supplies for wounded veterans. We also sponsor youth sports teams and operate a Community Service Committee tasked with identifying and managing our participation in charitable activities.

Laptop Purchase Program

HPTi offers employees the opportunity to purchase a Dell® personal laptop at a portion of the cost.

Health Advocacy/Health Assistance Service

HPTi offers health assistance services from Health Advocate to all active employees. A health assistance service provides help to employees with clinical and administrative issues involving healthcare needs.
