HPTi fuels the passions of employees to continuously grow in their careers and gain the expertise needed to pursue exciting work. In 2007, over 20% of the company participated in the tuition reimbursement program, and a quarter of those people pursued advanced degrees. HPTi also offered over 60 internal training courses ranging in topics from video editing to leadership — a unit specially prepared and taught by HPTi president Tim Keenan. HPTi also creates an environment where employees can share their excitement and passion for their work and accomplishments. In 2007, the company sponsored an internal trade show that allowed each project team to highlight its successes and accomplishments. Regardless of travel time and distance, employees from across the country came to the event—resulting in over 80% of the firm attending.
