"At HPTi, groups like the Transformation Team provide every employee the opportunity to be heard. I get a lot of satisfaction from working in an environment where everyone has a voice, and management not only listens but takes action."
Damien - 2006 College HireCulture
HPTi's bright, driven, and creative people are not satisfied with a job where they simply show up and sit at a desk for a few hours. Our employees strive to foster a vibrant and meaningful work environment. Culture grows on meaningful interactions, and those interactions take many different forms.
The same people who play in the championship game for the company's softball team may sit beside you the next day during a lunch-time training session on robotic soccer. Someone from your foursome at the HPTi Golf Outing may be the same person who processes your tuition reimbursement check. You might give a Star Award to a co-worker for her ability to meet a difficult deadline and then work beside her at the DC Kitchen to prepare meals for the needy. These illustrations are only a few of the facets of HPTi's culture. Please read on for details about HPTi's many culture-oriented programs.
